1. About the App

Nura AI is a productivity application designed to help you plan tasks, organize your day, and improve focus. Features may include task planning, reminders, focus sessions, and other tools depending on the version you use.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so in your country and you can form a binding contract. If you are under the age required to consent to data processing and app usage in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account (e.g., via Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email). You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity under your account.
• Providing accurate information where required.

4. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you must not:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, accounts, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation (e.g., malware, excessive requests).
• Upload content that infringes rights of others or violates applicable law.

6. Subscriptions (Nura Plus)

The App may offer optional paid subscriptions (“Nura Plus”) that unlock premium features. Purchases are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google), and their terms may also apply.

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase.

Cancellation

• You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID / App Store settings or Google Play subscription settings.
• Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Refunds

• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.

7. Your Content

“Your Content” includes tasks, notes, schedules, and other information you enter into the App. You retain ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a limited right to process Your Content solely to operate the App (e.g., saving, syncing, displaying), as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features to improve the App or comply with legal requirements. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding its conflict of law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
