Nura AI is a productivity app to plan tasks, organize your day, and improve focus. Depending on your version and settings, the app may include features such as task lists, reminders, focus sessions, and AI-assisted suggestions.
These Terms apply to the app and related services, including our support and legal pages.
Nura AI ist eine Produktivitäts-App für Tasks, Tagesplanung und Fokus. Je nach Version und Einstellungen kann die App u. a. To‑dos, Erinnerungen, Fokus‑Sessions und KI‑Vorschläge enthalten.
Diese Bedingungen gelten für die App sowie für zugehörige Services, inkl. Support- und Legal-Seiten.

You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so in your country and you can form a binding contract. If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.

- keeping your credentials secure,
- all activity under your account, and
- providing accurate information where required.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
Wir gewähren dir eine begrenzte, nicht-exklusive, nicht übertragbare und widerrufliche Lizenz zur privaten, nicht kommerziellen Nutzung der App gemäß diesen Bedingungen und geltendem Recht.
Du darfst die App nicht kopieren, verändern, verbreiten, verkaufen, vermieten, reverse engineeren oder Quellcode extrahieren, außer soweit gesetzlich erlaubt.

- use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes,
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems,
- interfere with the App’s operation (malware, excessive requests),
- upload content that infringes rights of others or violates law.
Du darfst die App nicht missbrauchen. Insbesondere darfst du nicht:
- die App für rechtswidrige, schädliche oder abusive Zwecke nutzen,
- unbefugt auf Accounts/Systeme zugreifen (oder es versuchen),
- den Betrieb stören (Malware, extreme Requests),
- Inhalte hochladen, die Rechte verletzen oder gegen Gesetze verstoßen.
6. AI features

The App may include AI features (e.g., converting your text into tasks, planning suggestions, or Q&A). AI features may be powered by external providers such as OpenAI and Google.
- Processing: AI requests are processed on external servers (not on-device).
- Data minimization: we send your prompt and minimal relevant context needed to fulfill the request.
- Accuracy: AI output can be incorrect. You should review and confirm tasks, reminders, and plans before relying on them.
Die App kann KI-Funktionen enthalten (z.B. Text → Tasks, Plan‑Vorschläge oder Fragen & Antworten). KI-Funktionen können durch externe Anbieter wie OpenAI und Google bereitgestellt werden.
- Verarbeitung: KI-Anfragen werden auf externen Servern verarbeitet (nicht on-device).
- Datenminimierung: wir senden deinen Prompt und minimal nötigen Kontext.
- Genauigkeit: KI kann falsch liegen. Bitte Tasks/Erinnerungen/Pläne prüfen, bevor du dich darauf verlässt.
7. Subscriptions & purchases

The App may offer optional paid subscriptions or in‑app purchases that unlock premium features (e.g., additional planning tools or AI usage). Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), and their terms may also apply.
Billing and renewal
- Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
- Prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase and may vary by region.
Cancellation
- You can cancel in your Apple ID / App Store settings or Google Play subscription settings.
- Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds
- Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies. We cannot directly issue store refunds.
Die App kann optionale Abos oder In‑App‑Käufe anbieten, die Premium‑Funktionen freischalten (z.B. zusätzliche Planungstools oder KI‑Nutzung). Käufe werden über Apple (App Store) oder Google (Play Store) abgewickelt; deren Bedingungen können zusätzlich gelten.
Abrechnung & Verlängerung
- Abos werden im Voraus abgerechnet und verlängern sich automatisch, sofern nicht gekündigt.
- Preise und Bedingungen siehst du vor dem Kauf; sie können je Region variieren.
Kündigung
- Kündige in den Abo‑Einstellungen deines Apple‑IDs/App Store oder bei Google Play.
- App löschen kündigt kein Abo.
Erstattungen
- Erstattungen laufen über Apple/Google nach deren Richtlinien. Wir können keine Store‑Refunds direkt auslösen.
8. Your Content

“Your Content” includes tasks, notes, schedules, reminders, and other information you enter into the App. You retain ownership of Your Content.
You grant us a limited right to process Your Content solely to operate the App (e.g., saving, syncing, displaying), as described in the Privacy Policy.
„Deine Inhalte“ sind z.B. Tasks, Notizen, Pläne, Erinnerungen und andere Infos, die du in der App eingibst. Du bleibst Eigentümer deiner Inhalte.
Du erlaubst uns, deine Inhalte ausschließlich zur Bereitstellung der App zu verarbeiten (z.B. speichern, synchronisieren, anzeigen), wie in der Datenschutzerklärung beschrieben.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the App at any time.

Die App wird „wie sie ist“ und „wie verfügbar“ bereitgestellt. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig schließen wir Gewährleistungen aus.
Nura AI ist ein Produktivitätstool und bietet keine medizinische, rechtliche oder finanzielle Beratung. KI-Ausgaben können falsch sein; du bist verantwortlich dafür, wie du Vorschläge nutzt.
13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig haften wir nicht für indirekte/Folgeschäden sowie Daten- oder Gewinnverluste aus der Nutzung der App.
Unberührt bleibt Haftung für Vorsatz, grobe Fahrlässigkeit oder zwingende gesetzliche Haftung.
